Good to Go - Visit England

As from the 19th July 2021, we will be easing some of the measure that have been put in place over the last year. We will continue to have some measures in place to ensure that our visitors and staff still feel safe:

We will continue:

To wear face coverings in indoor areas
Use one way systems
Operating a cashless system

What we ask of you in return:

Purchase your tickets or annual pass online in advance of your visit
Remain 1 metre from other guests within indoor areas
Please wash and sanitise your hands at every opportunity
Wear face covering within indoor areas (unless medically exempt)
Follow the guidance across the site or ask a member of our Guest Services Team if you are unsure
✔Visit the Palace Staterooms later in your visit, as the morning gets very busy as you may have to queue for entry.

Annual Pass Holders:

Time slots for arrival are no longer required for day ticket and annual pass holders.
You don't need to book a time slot to visit the Palace Staterooms, though we highly recommend you do this later in your visit, as the morning gets very busy as you may have to queue for entry.
We feel that the additional measures we are putting in place are reasonable and fair approach, as the safety of staff and visitors is our top priority.

Please do not visit under any circumstances if:

You have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace to isolate
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (continuous cough, fever or loss of taste/smell)
If you are sharing a household with someone presenting symptoms of COVID-19.
If you have travelled abroad within the last 14 days and are required to isolate within a defined time period

Please contact our Customer Service Team customerservice@blenheimpalace.com if you are unable to visit, they will be happy to move your ticket to another day or issue a refund.
