Your Apprentice Journey
The apprenticeship journey begins with submitting your application, after which you’ll wait for updates on its progress. If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to attend interviews (in-person or online). Candidates who pass the interview stage will receive confirmation, followed by a formal contract of employment. Once the apprenticeship begins, you will split your time between working with your employer and receiving training from your training provider.
At Blenheim & Pye, we make sure that every apprentice feels supported throughout their entire journey with us. To do this, our Apprentice Mentor, Judy, and the People Team check in with each apprentice at key milestones: one month after they start, then again at three months, six months, and finally during their End Point Assessment. By putting these layers of support in place, we can make sure that our apprentices progress smoothly and successfully complete their apprenticeship.
