Community Matters

Our commitment to conserving the land and building thriving communities

We are dedicated to conserving and protecting the land for future generations, as well as creating jobs and opportunities for people in the local area. We want as many people as possible to benefit from what we have to offer.

We promote the use of designated areas of the Estate for leisure activities and walks, and have created a series of permissive paths to encourage the use of the Estate land to reduce traffic between the local villages. We also employ many local people across the Estate in a variety of roles and are committed to initiatives through our partnerships with organisations that fall within our social prescribing philosophy.

We use many local suppliers throughout the Estate, and make sure that local produce and items are used as much as possible in all that we do.
