Accessibility for All

We want Blenheim Palace Adventure Play to be for everyone and anyone ‘accessibility for all’ runs through the very fabric of it, so visitors of all abilities can explore, experience and enjoy it all.

There are wider pathways; materials carefully chosen to allow for safe and easy access; timber decking boards using anti-slip resin inserts; where we have buildings and towers, there are wide ramps and handrails ensuring wheelchair access is possible to get into the majority of spaces.

Blenheim Palace Adventure Play is a great place for SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) children too, with separate quiet play sessions available on the last Sunday of every month from 9:15 to 11:15. The Adventure Play Guides are always on hand to help and support children of all ages and abilities.

We also have two baby change tables, both of which have two heights of basin for small children, and toilet seats with different sizes.  All hand driers are low volume.
