Our Work Experience at Blenheim and Pye Homes is designed to provide everyone with a unique opportunity and to gain hands-on experience in a business environment.

With each opportunity, you will work alongside an experienced team, participate in real day-to-day projects, and understand the working of our diverse and historic business. If you require any support, please contact the People Team at peopleteam@blenheimpalace.com

Our application form is now closed as we have reached maximum capacity for our Work Experience Programme. We will be relaunching in January 2027.

Visitor Attraction

This visitor attraction work experience offers a varied, hands-on insight into the day-to-day running of a busy heritage site, allowing you to develop customer service, teamwork, and communication skills across retail, visitor services, guiding, and catering departments.
