Our Work Experience at Blenheim and Pye Homes is designed to provide everyone with a unique opportunity and to gain hands-on experience in a business environment.

We accept applications all year round, with each opportunity you will work alongside an experienced team, participate in real day-to-day projects, and understand the working of our diverse and historic business. Visitor Attraction

From working in the Palace with the Guides to learning some key history facts, also helping the Conservation team on how they look after the Palace, working with the Catering team, the Retail team and many more departments.

Within this work experience Students will learn about behind the scenes of Blenheim Palace, including its history, built fabric, properties and the process and values behind restoration and conservation.

Retail

Working within the Retail Department a student would gain a wealth of Customer Service experience. Our interactions with our guests is of the highest standard and see a trip to the Gift Shop as an integral part of the guest’s visit to Blenheim Palace.
 
 

Health and Safety

Working with the H&S Coordinator will be part of the H&S team to embed our excellent H&S Practices across the business. The role will provide hands on administrative support and will help shape and embed Blenheim’s H&S processes and practices.
 

Finance

This opportunity is to provide an overview of types of job roles within the Finance Department, including practical experience. The aim is to equip students with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience creating a deeper understanding of the finance operations and career opportunities.
