There’s a real buzz at Blenheim Palace with the unveiling of the Rowse Honey Hive down at our Walled Garden. This exciting new interactive space invites families to explore the crucial role of bees and other pollinators in our ecosystem.
The Hive is the latest initiative in a conservation partnership between Blenheim Palace and Rowse Honey. This collaboration also includes planting wildflowers across Blenheim Estate and the Palace Gardens to attract more pollinators and wildlife.
The Bee Hive offers a hands-on experience where families can learn about bees, hedgerows and the best plants for attracting pollinators to their own gardens. Children can create their own bees at a special workbench made from Blenheim oaks, fill in colouring sheets, and climb steps to observe pollinators in the Palace’s Potager Garden.
