Sir Winston Churchill Public Speaking Competition:
Words Can Change the World...


Learn the skills of great speech-making, write and deliver a speech at Blenheim Palace - the birthplace of one of Britain’s greatest orators, Sir Winston Churchill. The competition took place on 13th March 2019 and was open to school teams from Primary Schools Yrs 5/6 and Secondary Schools Yrs 7/8.  This programme is also open to schools who do not intend to take part in the competition. The Duchess of Marlborough's
Annual Heritage Education Award:


The Duke and Duchess actively encourage school groups to send in their follow-up work after a visit to Blenheim Palace. Every year Their Graces present prizes for outstanding work at a Prize Giving, held at the Palace every Spring.
All children and students aged 3-18 years studying in Britain may have thier work displayed in the Education Room.
