Respectful Conduct
Blenheim Palace operates a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, bullying, discrimination, and abusive behaviour. This applies to all staff, suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, visitors, and members of the public, on any part of the Estate.
Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to verbal abuse, intimidation, or threats; offensive, sexual or discriminatory remarks, images or gestures; unwanted physical contact; wolf-whistling or catcalling; and comments relating to a person's sex, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Anyone who witnesses or experiences harassment should report it immediately to their Blenheim Contact, one of our Team Members, the People Team, peopleteam@blenheimpalace.com or the Operations Duty Manager.
All reports will be treated confidentially and taken seriously, and no one will be penalised for raising a concern in good faith. Any person found to have harassed another individual will be removed from site, and the matter may be escalated to their employer.
