We recommend that Annual Pass holders take a moment to read our terms and conditions:

  • Opening hours, events and offers are subject to change and at times it may be necessary to restrict access to the facilities. While we will endeavour to publicise any such changes on our website and ticket offices, we strongly advise checking the relevant details by visiting blenheimpalace.com or calling Customer Services before you visit. 
  • Palace, Park and Gardens admission must be purchased as a donation in order to be eligible for conversion to a free Annual Pass. This can be done either online or on-site.
  • A Park and Gardens admission is not valid for Annual Pass conversion.
  • Under charity law, we are not permitted to refund donations once the payment has been processed.
  • Not valid for visitors paying Group or Educational visit rates.
  • Not valid for visitors purchasing discounted Palace, Park & Gardens tickets at externally-ticketed events onsite.
  • Valid from date of issue for 12 months, during normal Palace opening times. 
  • If your E-Ticket has been redeemed, you need to visit the Welcome Kiosk at the Flagstaff entrance to collect your physical annual pass. This can be done on your first visit or on the following visit.
  • Valid Annual Pass must be shown on entry on every visit.
  • One card per person.
  • Family and Friends discount is not valid for Annual Pass renewal.
  • The Annual Pass is not valid for entry to externally-ticketed events in the Palace or Park, including but not limited to Salon Privé and Illuminated Lights Trail.
  • The Annual Pass does not include seasonal tours such as those of the Private Apartments as well as all buggy tours.
  • The Annual Pass does not include access to events organised by Blenheim Palace Hospitality.
  • Palace, Park and Gardens admission purchased using Tesco Clubcard vouchers now eligible for conversion to Annual Pass when purchased through blenheimpalace.com/tesco.
  • We may ask to see proof of identification when you come to convert your donation voucher to an Annual Pass.
  • Lost, Stolen and Forgotten Annual Passes - If your Annual Pass is lost or stolen, or you forget it, a £5 replacement charge will be applied on the gate. You will then need to produce your ticket at the Annual Pass kiosk, where the replacement card will be issued. 
  • Please note that tickets purchased via third party websites GetYourGuide and Tiqet cannot be converted to an Annual Pass.

The Privilege Pass

  • The Privilege pass is not valid in temporary outdoor kiosks/carts/vehicles and online.
  • Only one Privilege pass is available per person.
  • It cannot be combined with a Friends, Staff or other equivalent discounts.
  • The Privilege pass is neither transferable nor valid without a photograph.
  • You can upgrade your Annual Pass to a Privilege Pass for £8.00.
  • The Privilege pass cannot be used to obtain a discount against additional ticket purchases, gift cards, postage stamps, admission to other paid events at Blenheim Palace or additional Privilege passes.
  • Upgrade to a Privilege pass for £8.00 extra at any point this year on-site.
