A Magnificent Setting

A masterpiece of 18th Century Baroque architecture set in more than 2000 acres of ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped Parkland and award-winning Formal Gardens, Blenheim Palace provides a magnificent setting for all events, whatever the size and style. We have a selection of spaces available for an unforgettable celebration, whatever the occasion. From Champagne and canapés to dinner and dancing, the Palace boasts more than six venue options, which will all be returning to full granduer and available to hire in 2027.

The Palace is surrounded by over 90 acres of Formal Gardens including the Water Terraces, Rose Garden and stunning South Lawn, all perfect locations for large and small marquees. Our landscaped Parkland makes Blenheim Palace a unique and awe-inspiring setting for your event.

Sustainability and Restoration

As a landed estate, we’re committed to protecting future generations. Through our five‑year sustainability pledge, we’re adopting greener practices across the estate and within our events. Over the next decade, we plan to invest £40 million in conserving our World Heritage Site. Every pound raised through admissions and events goes directly back into the restoration and conservation work that preserves the Palace and its surroundings.

In 2023, we restored The Orangery’s roof to its original slate design, creating a revitalised space that now includes a contemporary bar.

In 2025, we began a £12 million project to repair the Palace roof, protecting its historic architecture, artwork and interiors. Temporary coverings will be in place while this essential conservation work is carried out.

For more information about this incredible project, please see here: the history of the Orangery or speak to one of the events team to talk through the many wonderful spaces available for your event.

Please note that pre-approved outside caterers can cater only in the Great Hall and Long Library. Blenheim caters in the Orangery only.

The Saloon is also currently unavilable until new year 2027.
