Soldiers of Oxfordshire Collection Handling Session

Visit the Palace this January for the unique opportunity to handle collection items from the Soldiers of Oxfordshire Museum in Woodstock.

The sessions will be run by staff from the Soldiers of Oxfordshire Museum who are bringing pieces from the Museum’s educational collection focussed on the First World War.

Get hands on with pieces of uniform and equipment to discover what life was like for soldiers on the Front Line and learn how these objects are cared for and preserved.

The handling sessions will run from 10.30 - 14.00.
