We are delighted to announce an exclusive dinner at The Orangery, with our catering partners, Searcys. Matt Tebbutt will be joining the kitchen for one night only, on Thursday 27th September.
The evening offers a rare chance to try Matt Tebbutt’s cooking. The British chef and television presenter, best known for his role on Saturday Kitchen, will be preparing a four-course dinner championing seasonal, local produce. Matt has put together a bespoke field-to-fork menu showcasing the finest British ingredients from artisan local producers, farmers and the Blenheim Estate.
The evening includes drinks and canapés upon arrival, a four-course meal with wine pairing, and coffee to finish. Seasonal dishes include Bibury trout, girolles, samphire and game consommé and a main course of Beef fillet, ox cheek, field mushroom, carrot puree and parsley crumb. Mulberries, toasted oats, whiskey cream and filo will be followed by a cheese course of Oxford blue, honeycomb and poached pear.
