New for 2026: Discover Capability Brown's Parkland with our Queen Pool Buggy Tours, running this August only

A unique buggy tour navigating the Queen Pool that's brand new for this summer only, our experienced buggy drivers and guides will take you around the most celebrated areas of Capability Brown's Parkland.

Take in what Randolph Churchill described as 'The finest view in England'. Learn the history of The Grand Bridge, a great set piece of the Parkland. Other iconic spots on the tour include the monumental 'Column of Victory' and triumphal archway entrance, connecting Woodstock Town to the Estate.

Tour Information

• Tours run at the following times each day, each lasting approximately 30 minutes tour times: 10.00, 10.30, 11.00, 11.30, 12.00, 14.00, 14.30, 15.00, 15.30, and 16.00.   

• The Queen Pool Buggy Tour is a separate experience from our regular Buggy Tours of the Formal Gardens. The two tours run independently, follow different routes and must be booked separately.

• The tour is running for the weekend of Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August and then daily from Thursday 6th  - Friday 31st August exclusively.

• You must have a valid Annual Pass or day ticket to take the tour.

• To secure your seat, book your Queen Pool Buggy Tour today using the link below. Please join us five minutes before your scheduled time at the Flagstaff entrance of the Palace.
