- The complimentary Adventure Play offer is only available from the 17th August 2023 until the 20th October 2023
- This offer is only valid for Palace, Park and Gardens tickets, Annual Passes and Privilege Passes: one free visit to the Adventure Play per person will be given for each ticket purchased.
- To take advantage of the offer you will need to buy a valid ticket and you will then be able to add complimentary Adventure Play tickets before Checkout.
- This offer is not applicable to products purchased with Gift Vouchers.
- The free Adventure play ticket can only be redeemed on the day of the day of visit for the ticket purchased.
- This offer cannot be exchanged for any other ticket or offer.
- This offer is not valid for existing Annual Pass holders.
- This offer is valid for renewing Annual Pass Holders and new ticket purchases.
- This offer is subject to availability.
- No cash alternatives will be given.
