Terms and Conditions

1. Before making a purchase, please carefully review your individual selection and make sure you are happy it's correct. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned (Annual Passes bought outside of the offer can not be refunded retrospectively).
2. You will either need to show your printed tickets on arrival or your e-ticket on your phone.
3. All major credit and debit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).
4. All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Parties of 15 or more persons constitute a group. Additional products and special rates are available for group booking tickets in advance by telephoning 01993 811091.
6. Guests are reminded that for technical, or operational reasons, some facilities may be removed or closed or entertainment cancelled and/or altered at any time. Blenheim Palace reserves the right to change the programme of attractions and entertainment if at any time it is deemed necessary or appropriate to do so.
7. All guests entering Blenheim Palace, Park or Gardens must have a valid entrance ticket.
8. Blenheim Palace reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse entry or admission or to remove from Blenheim Palace any visitor.
9. The booking reference is confirmation of acceptance of the booking.
10. Photography is allowed for non-commercial private use.
11. No bbqs, cycling or dogs off leads are permitted when onsite.

Kids Go Free Offer:

1. Children are classed as aged 3 to 16 years. Under 3s remain free and outside of this promotion. Children must be from the same household as a paying adult.
2. A purchase of one adult Annual Pass or a Palace, Park and Gardens tickets, must be made to qualify for one free child (select one 'Adult + Free Child' option). Every child after requires an adult ticket purchase.
3. This offer is not available for the Park and Gardens ticket or Privilege Passes. This offer only applies to tickets purchased through the Blenheim Palace website.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, exchanged for cash, or used outside the promotion time period.
5. Blenheim Palace reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time.
6. Offer is valid from 3rd January – 31st March 2023.
7. Your Annual Pass will start on the date you have booked your first visit, this must be between the Offer Valid dates of 3rd January – 31st March 2023.
8. You can upgrade your Annual Pass to a Privilege Pass on site only.
