Retail Host

Working as part of the Retail Team, you will ensure an exceptional customer service experience, whilst achieving a sales target. You will deliver exemplary standards of presentation and merchandising within the Palace Shop. You will support the delivery of the Retail strategy.

We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that’s okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.

• Excellent standard of communication and numerical skills
• Good understanding of retail specific technology
• Customer service
• Ability to maintain and develop personal performance
• Ability to establish professional relationships across a range of departments
• Flexible to work variable days/hours on a rota which covers 364 days a year including weekends and bank holidays
• Flexible to work evenings shifts during November and December
• Approachable, proactive, honest, reliable and committed
• High standard of personal presentation
