We are seeking a confident and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences at Blenheim Palace. With a strong focus on operational excellence, presentation and service standards, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, seamless and memorable visit.
Working closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager, you will uphold and champion the highest standards across all restaurant areas. Leading by example, you will coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver outstanding customer service. From daily table allocation and hosting guests, to supporting the team during busy periods with food and drinks service, you will take a proactive and visible approach to service delivery.
You will maintain clear communication with the kitchen regarding allergens and dietary requirements, ensuring full compliance with food safety legislation. Alongside supporting stock control, till reporting, banking procedures and wastage allowances, you will help drive sales performance and maximise up-selling opportunities.
A key part of the role is monitoring guest feedback and working collaboratively with the management team to implement continuous improvement plans. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe working environment, reporting incidents via Eco Online and ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in high standards, and is passionate about developing others. In doing so, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Blenheim’s wider mission and values.
