Blenheim Estate is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Surveyor to join our Property team. This is an extremely varied and hands on role requiring a high degree of autonomy, commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day to day running of our commercial property portfolio. The portfolio currently generates an annual rent roll of c.£2.5m all located within 5 miles of Blenheim Palace. This involves building strong relationships with tenants, marketing and securing new lettings, proactively managing rent reviews and lease renewals, A key part of the role is to proactively identify and drive value across the Estate. This can look like identifying small new build, conversion or refurbishment development opportunities and driving projects through planning and into construction phase, always keeping an eye on overall financial returns. As dynamic. Reporting to the Head of Property and Development, it is the expectation the successful candidate will thrive from working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, working independently and exercising sound professional judgement.
