We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Team Assistant to support the management and letting of residential and affordable housing properties. This role involves preparing tenancy and letting documentation, coordinating repairs through the in-house maintenance team, and maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation.
The successful candidate will help advertise available homes, manage property keys, support tenant communications (including newsletters and surveys), and assist with property visits, inspections, and reporting. The role also includes liaising with utility providers, handling meter readings, and ensuring all activities meet regulatory and service level standards.
This role requires visits to and from tenants homes so a full and clean driving licence is essential for this role.
