Marketing Assistant (Maternity Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the Blenheim Palace team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover basis. This is a varied and hands-on role sitting across both traditional and digital marketing, working as part of the central Marketing team. You will support the delivery of the Blenheim Palace marketing plan across multiple channels, working with internal and external stakeholders on campaigns, content, PR, and events.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that’s okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Some experience or a keen interest in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing or paid advertising 
  • Some experience with e-communications platforms, CMS or CRM systems would be beneficial but is not essential 
  • A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working autonomously 
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage a varied workload 
  • Marketing qualifications or equivalent relevant experience desirable
  • Confident and proactive 
  • Friendly and approachable 
  • Enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in marketing 
  • Able to contribute ideas whilst also taking direction 
  • Happy to turn their hand to a broad range of tasks in a fast-paced environment
