Maintenance Supervisor

Join Us as a Maintenance Supervisor – Make a Real Impact

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of the day-to-day maintenance operations across our residential properties. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our buildings, equipment, and communal areas are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing for residents.

Leading a small team of maintenance operatives, you’ll manage work schedules, coordinate third-party contractors, and oversee repair projects to keep everything running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents while safeguarding the long-term value of our properties.

 What are we looking for: 

  • A good understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Block management experience beneficial, though not essential
  • Some technical knowledge including plumbing and general repairs
  • Holds a Full Clean Driving License
  • Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance 
  • Familiarity with contractor management is desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive with the ability to think on your feet
  • Have a helpful, flexible and hardworking approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • High level of customer focus

The Interview Process:

This will be a two stage interview. There will be a task associated with the second stage, more information will be shared on this f you are shortlisted.
