Maintenance Assistant

We have an exciting oppurtunity for a fixed term Maintenance Assistant. As Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Deputy Manager and Palace Foreman with a variety of repairs and jobs to ensure that the guests have a great experience in and around our stunning grounds and palace. 


What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience is required in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical,   carpentry, painting/ decorating or general building maintenance.
  • A good understanding of building services with strong experiences in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/decorating or general building maintenance work.
  • IT literacy, Health & Safety and the ability to conduct first level fault finding.
  • Good planning and organisational skills are required.
  • Completion of daily PPM plans
  • Willingness to learn and to embrace new training if, and when required
  • Welcoming and professional approach to guests and team member
  • Heavy manual labour required
  • Full driving Licence required
