Kitchen Porter

To contribute to the efficient operation of the catering department by providing cleaning and porter services

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that’s okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.

• Clean and tidy working environment in the kitchen and BOH area 
• Compliance with statutory and company requirements for food safety and health and safety 
• Correctly completed cleaning schedules, delivery and temperature records 
• Elimination of food waste due to good stock rotation  
• Compliance with company and legal regulations surrounding health and safety and food safety.
• Experience of working within catering 
• Experience of working as part of a team 
• Flexible approach to role
