What are we looking for: 

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Passion for heritage and a desire to learn and develop skills.
  • Meticulous in recording, tracking and storing information
  • The ability to gain understanding of complex issues; to advise, guide or persuade, and to balance and co-ordinate different views and priorities
  • Excellent prioritisation skills with a keen attention to detail
  • A confident self-starter who can take initiative and identify solutions
  • A team player who is interested in working for a forward thinking, busy and engaging charity and happy to get stuck in at all levels
