Head Stockperson

Calling all Ewe-nique Stock Enthusiasts! Do you dream of a job that's not only a shear delight but also allows you to graze in the great outdoors? Then look no further, we are on the look out for a Head Stockperson to join our flock!


Are you passionate about working with animals and contributing to the thriving world of agriculture? Do you have a deep sense of responsibility for the welfare of your livestock and an unwavering commitment to their care? 

Here at Blenheim we are not sheepish about our commitment to animal welfare and our surroundings. If you aren't either, and you are ready to ram-p up your career in the world of stock management, we want to hear from you! 


What we are looking for:

  • Highly developed livestock skills and substantial experience, especially including skills around an outdoor lambing system, livestock welfare and grazing rotations
  • Own dogs essential given the nature of the system
  • Driving license and relevant trailer licenses for moving stock around the Estate and to market
  • Ability to carry out manual heavy labor tasks
  • Ability to establish and develop working relationships
  • Ability to maintain and develop personal performance
