Head Chef

Are you a talented and passionate Head Chef ready to lead a dynamic kitchen team but also want to be home in time for tea, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for a Head Chef who can uphold our commitment to culinary excellence and work closely with the Management team to ensure smooth and efficient operation across all units. These consist of our Orangery Restaurant, our Pizzeria, The Stables Café and the Pantry plus several stand alone units serving ice cream, tea, coffee and cake! 

In this role, you will oversee every aspect of our kitchens, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. You will inspire and lead your team, manage kitchen operations, create innovative and enticing menus, and foster a positive, supportive and collaborative work environment for all.

• Previous cooking experience, ideally within restaurants or visitor attractions
• Ability to show attention to detail 
• Ability to work well under pressure 
• Flexible approach to the role

• A passion for team growth 
• Kitchen System experience desirable
