We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help us reach our target of welcoming 800,000 visitors annually. In this role, you will handle group bookings via email and phone, address queries from Group and Trade Partners, and input booking data into relevant systems. You’ll also work closely with the on-site catering team to coordinate Group Catering Bookings and collaborate with the operations teams to ensure all groups enjoy a first-class visitor experience.
Supporting the Customer Service team will be a key part of this role, including answering incoming calls, responding to customer service emails, and logging inquiries on the CRM system. This will include handling general inquiries, event information, ticketing issues, and occasional complaints. Flexibility is essential as you may assist with additional tasks as required. Above all, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing a warm, top-quality welcome to all visitors.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, great communication skills, experience in data entry and IT systems. While experience in tourism or visitor attractions is desirable, it is not essential.
