Cafe Supervisor

Are you passionate about great experiences, seamless service, and leading by example? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Café Supervisor to support the delivery of outstanding retail café experiences across all of our café sites at Blenheim Palace. 

This hands-on role is key to maintaining high standards in both service and presentation, ensuring every visitor enjoys a consistently exceptional experience. Working closely with the Café Manager, you’ll help lead the front-line team, inspire great performance, and ensure that operations run smoothly—especially during our busiest times, including weekends and public holidays.

From ensuring allergen information is clearly labelled to keeping service areas safe, clean, and welcoming, your attention to detail will make all the difference. You'll also play a vital role in team training, daily briefings, and performance development.
