What made you apply for an apprenticeship?

So that I can work and go to college learning on the job.

I saw the job advertised, and Pye Homes built my Nan and grandad's house and were a good business to work for, so I knew I would like to do an apprenticeship there and learn to be a bricklayer.

What do you like best about the job?

I like being onsite, working on different houses and learning new skills.

How are you finding the apprenticeship and how is it helping you progress?

I am really enjoying the apprenticeship, I can always ask for help, and I get lots of opportunities to practice my brick laying skills.

What do you hope to gain and once your apprenticeship has finished?

I hope to stay with Blenheim Pye Homes and gain more qualification in brick laying.
