Hi! My name’s Lady and I am proud mum to my babies Aubrey and Luna. As soon as our human clips our leads onto our collars each morning I’m always secretly hoping that we’re going to Blenheim Palace – it’s one of my favourite places to walk because there’s so many different paths to take and so much to see. Our favourite time to come is early in the morning when it’s a little quieter, just when the sun is peeking over the Palace, we can hear the birds singing and the trees rustling. I like watching the ducks enjoy their morning bath on Queen Pool, though I don’t get too close as I don’t want to get my lovely long furwet.
Aubrey
Hello, I’m Aubrey. I lead the canine calvary on all our Blenheim Palace adventures. Because the grounds are so large I get lots of exercise there which tires me out for the rest of the day (not an easy feat as I’m usually full of energy). I especially love being the leader as we cross the Grand Bridge as I always want to be the first to get to the other side – I scamper across as fast as my little legs will carry me. Sometimes we go to the Harry Potter tree for a short spell. I love walking along the little secret path on the raised embankment so that I can see across the whole lake and the Palace too, and sniff around for all the small animals that have been there.

Hello, my name’s Luna. I love coming to Blenheim Palace, whatever the weather. During these colder winter months we stay nice and snug there in our fluffy snoods, and if it’s a bit drizzly we simply style it out in our rain macs. My favourite thing about visiting Blenheim Palace has to be the squirrels – I’m always on the look out for them, snoot in the soil, as we walk through the woodland paths. I wouldn’t ever catch one though as I’m always very well behaved and follow the rules of staying on my lead along with my mum and brother. We always finish off our trips here by walking up the path towards the North Gates of the Palace which makes us feel very im’paw’tent. Not only do we have 2,000 acres of Parkland to explore, dogs are also welcome in our Oxfordshire Pantry outdoor seating area in the East Courtyard and our Pizzeria outdoor seating area at the Walled Garden, with fresh dog water bowls available. For pooches who prefer a more luxurious mode of transport, why not take a ride on the miniature train.
