Winter opening times
From the 4th November 2024 Adventure Play will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10.15 to 15.15. During the school holidays from 20th December to 1st January, we will be open every day, except Christmas Day.
Palace & Play Pass
Entrance to Neverland in the Palace is free for existing Pass holders until 15.45pm daily, excluding the following dates in December, Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th, Saturday 14th, Sunday 15th, Saturday 21st, Sunday 22nd. Palace & Play holders can enter the Palace free of charge on all other dates before 15:45pm, subject to availability.

Parking
Please note that the 15th November to January 1st parking charges apply to all visitors after 10.00am. We recommend pre-booking this via Ticketek. Parking is available to buy onsite but is subject to availability.
Cold Weather
When the mercury drops below zero, and the ground freezes over, we are required to close Adventure Play for Health and Safety reasons. Weather closure updates will be added to the website, or you can check by calling our customer services team on 01993 810530.
