Blenheim Palace Adventure Play is a hidden world of adventure, where mini explorers create their own exciting stories as they clamber, climb, paddle, slide and zip through amazing zones: a network of tunnels, bridges, cargo nets and hidden chambers.

Join Pip and Posy on a trail to solve the mystery of their missing toy, Piggy. Jump through puddles, whizz down zip-lines and hunt for their mini friends in the Secret Garden, before reaching the brand-new treehouse (inspired by the Magic Light special, Pip and Posy's Treehouse Mystery) for endless imaginative play. Don't forget a photo with their new friend Becca!

Marlborough Mini Farm

This summer, listen out for snuffles clucks and gentle bleats while exploring Adventure Play. Till 1st September, the orchard just beyond Adventure Play welcomes a charming collection of farm animals, including friendly Berkshire pigs, gloriously plumed Buff Orpington chickens, shaggy Cotswold sheep and characterful English goats.

Dinosaurs are forever

On your way to Adventure Play, why not detour down to the South Lawn? You might just spot something roarsome! From 10th August to 1st November, five giant Megalosaurus sculptures will stand tall on the grass. Artist Jay Jay Burridge has taken this ancient dinosaur and rebuilt it using cutting-edge techniques, showcasing how a prehistoric giant might have looked, reimagined for the 21st century.

Blenheim Palace Adventure play is the best I have visited. So well thought out and included activities for very small children and toddlers. Tremendous. The environment felt safe and was relaxing and comfortable for parents.

The playground is Awesome. There is no doubt about that! I expected nothing less from Blenheim Palace and it does not disappoint…There is no denying that the play area is AMAZING and will appeal to children of all ages.

The whole theme centres around a hidden world of adventure. It is very clever with different areas clearly defined and it was good to see that it caters for all age groups…We had a really great time enjoying the new outdoor adventure experience.

It’s a seriously impressive playground: the water play zone running through the middle means it’s well worth bringing spare clothes whatever the weather… Rain or shine, with younger kids and older ones, this has to be one of the best days out in Oxfordshire with kids.

Is it worth it? My kids had an absolutely great time and were racing around non stop. They loved the blend of climbing and sliding. “Just one more go” was said about 10 times (no exaggeration) for the big tube slide before we were able to leave.
