Created in partnership between our Head Chef, Billy Bush, and Michelin star chef John Campbell, the menu features a wide variety of deliciously seasonal treats. Be amongst the first to enjoy it with these special evening events! Join us from 19.00 for a champagne reception and then enjoy four courses, with wines for each course included.
John Campbell will join our Head Chef and our wine expert to discuss the flavours and methods of each course and why they chose each wine for each dish.
