Group Rates and Booking Information – 2008

A group constitutes a minimum of 15 paying visitors.

Booking Information

Payment

There is no requirement to pay in advance. Payment can be made at the Flagstaff Kiosk situated by the entrance to the Palace and Gardens. A single payment is necessary for an entire group in order to qualify for group rate. Cheques, which are drawn on a Company, Club or Association account, should be made out to ‘Blenheim Visitors’ . Most major credit cards are accepted as are personal cheques, supported by a Banker’s card up to the prescribed limit. Travel trade accounts for volume business are welcome – please contact the Groups’ Co-ordinator for credit application forms.

Parking

To park is free. The coach park is located at Flagstaff, right by the entrance to the Palace and Gardens. Additional parking is available outside the Pleasure Gardens.

Tour leaders/Blue badge guides and coach drivers

They are admitted free of charge and refreshments to the value of £5.00 are available in the Water Terrace Café.

Tour Enhancements

Free guided tours of the Palace (in English) are generally available during opening hours, except on very busy days such as Sundays and Bank Holiday weekends when ‘free flow’ applies. They run regularly throughout the day. Alternatively, groups can pre-book their own dedicated guide (English or foreign language) at a supplementary fee of £30 per guide, maximum of 30 visitors per guide.
