The Trout Fishery is situated within the grounds of Blenheim Palace. The picturesque Park provides a unique setting for trout fishing and its rolling landscape and Bladon Lake created by 'Capability' Brown. The Lake complex extends to 21 acres of water with a bank length of a mile.

The fishery is split into 4 beats known as Rough Piece, Bladon, The Lince and The Gardens. All these beats can be fished under one ticket although The Gardens can only be fished after 5pm.

We offer the natural unparalleled beauty and surrounding with the opportunity of trout fishing four different natural beats, over 1 mile which are regularly stocked with  full tailed Rainbow Trout weighing up to 8lbs together with a few Browns.

Parts of this area are protected by S.S.S.I. (site of special scientific interest). From time to time we have had sightings and evidence of an otter visiting the lakes for his lunch.

For further enquiries please contact: 01993 810 520

Blenheim Palace reserves the right to close the fishery or any of the four beats at any time and notification of this will be given at the returns box and online.
