Fishing Comments

“We've been coming at least once a season for probably about 15 years or so and enjoyed every trip whether the fishing has been hard (as it was Saturday!) or occasionally more fruitful. We'll be back next year.”

“Thank you for your patience when we booked the boat early last week for a day’s fishing on Friday 5th in a boat. Everything was as you said, we found the paperwork and map to the boathouse, had a absolutely fantastic day fishing on the lake, we had 4 pike the biggest being one to 13lb and two around the 10lb mark and one small one of about 3-4lb. We actually fished right up until the time we had to leave and really had to drag ourselves away. It is probably one of the most picturesque lakes I have fished, even though it was a bit creepy first thing with the mist rising off the water and even more so when we saw the bridge looming out of the mist. I hope to be back again very soon for another great days fishing. Now back home in Cornwall.&drquo;
