These key roles report to the Visitor Catering Manager and require previous experience in customer facing, high quality, fast paced environments having already worked in a similar café or restaurant business. We are looking for well presented individuals with a passion for delivering excellent standards in food presentation and service, customer service with a polite and courteous manner. In addition you will have some experience in managing teams of staff. The Palace, Formal Gardens and Pleasure Gardens are open from February to December and hosts many events such as weddings, gala dinners, conferences and activity days. We are now recruiting a Sales Manager to drive our conference, banqueting and hospitality business within this prestigious venue. This key role reports into the Catering Services Director. Primary responsibilities will be to grow, manage and build existing and new business, to ensure that the Venue delivers it sales budget and financial profitability targets. This is a full time position. This challenging role requires previous experience in a Sales Manager role with a proven track record of success and a thorough knowledge of the hospitality and leisure market. You’ll be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent planning and organisational skills and strong commercial acumen. In addition, you’ll have experience in managing a team of people, possess strong communication skills, be experienced in liasing with very high profile clients and have a real passion for driving the business forward. Two Cleaners Required We are looking for two cleaners to work together
from 0830-1200 Monday-Friday and one on Saturdays 0830-1200
(which can be alternated with each other). In addition to these
set hours there will be very occasional evening work by arrangement
