The Palace

Blenheim Palace's beautiful architecture and opulent staterooms give a unique backdrop for any filming.

We have a variety of ornate, originally designed baroque spaces available for filming within the Palace, from the small staterooms to larger rooms including the Great Hall, Saloon and the Long Library. The front of the Palace is an entrance like no other, with steps leading to an enormous front door surrounded by imposing decorative columns. Other spaces include:

  • We have three large Courtyards - the Great Court is a majestic space that leads from our Grand Bridge - perfect for carriages and supercars. The two smaller areas, the East Courtyard and the West Courtyard, have arches that can be driven under, and these have been used for many entry scenes.
  • Historical stable areas
  • Collonades
  • The Orangery
