A rare opportunity has arisen for an Education Manager to join our team at Blenheim Palace.
You will be PGCE qualified with experience teaching in either a primary school or secondary school. Keeping up to date with the National Curriculum, you will develop new teaching programmes for schools in line with new developments and create new resources for use with school groups.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a heritage environment or a museum. You must have an understanding of research processes and possess good IT skills. A flexible attitude is a must as often the Education team has to respond to requests from all parts of the Estate as well as schools and visitors.

We raise funds for a different local charity every year at our staff events. Our charity partner for 2017 is Maggie’s. They offer free practical, emotional and social support for cancer patients and their families and friends.
Maggie’s is based in the Churchill Hospital in Headington, Oxford and is a place to find practical advice about benefits and eating well; a place where qualified experts provide emotional support; a place to meet other people or simply to sit quietly with a cup of tea.
